1. Reason for return
If you have purchased a product from us which is not what you expected, you can return your order to us. The most important thing is that you should be satisfied, so we accept returns as a reason for return without any problem:
Reasons for return:
You are not satisfied with the product
You have changed your mind (revocation)
You want to exchange the product
You have received a defective product
2. Deadline
Please notify us of your return shipment as soon as possible. To be precise, the following deadlines apply:
Registration for return shipment within 14 working days after receipt of the order
Return of the order within 14 working days after notification of the return
3. State
Please return products – as you received them – to us. That is to say:
In original condition
Complete
In original, preferably unopened packaging
Naturally, we believe that you should have the opportunity to assess the products properly. So please unpack and install them if this is reasonably necessary for a proper assessment.
In the event of visible signs of use, products that are no longer complete or unnecessarily opened packaging, we will refund 75% of the original purchase price.
4. Exceptions
Products that unfortunately cannot be returned to us are:
Products that are customer specific
Software (copyable products)
And performed services such as installation services
5. Return procedure
Our return procedure consists of 4 steps:

Step 2:
Send products, preferably in the original shipping packaging, back to:

Step 3:
Upon receipt of the products, we will check that they have been received in good condition within 2 working days.

Step 4:
After checking receipt, we handle your return as follows:
1. Not satisfied
You will receive a refund or a credit invoice as soon as possible but no later than 14 working days.
2. Thoughtful (revocation)
You will receive your purchase price back as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 working days, or you will receive a credit invoice.
3. Exchange
Product to be exchanged:
You will receive your purchase price back as soon as possible but no later than within 14 working days, or you will receive a credit invoice.
Replacement product:
You order the replacement product yourself.
4. Defective
You will receive your replacement product as quickly as possible, but within 3 working days at the latest.
